Return Window

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item has a verified defect

we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the return-related cost.

If the return is for personal reasons and the item is not defective, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund, depending on the return situation.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in acceptable return condition. We may reduce the refund amount or decline the return if the product shows signs of excessive wear, misuse, missing parts, or damage not caused during delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refused Deliveries
