What kinds of furniture does Rucener offer?

Rucener offers boneless sofas, sleeper sofa beds, chaise lounge chairs, modular sofas, floor sofas, and small space seating designed for modern living.

Are your sofas good for apartments and small spaces?

Yes. Many of our designs are made with flexible layouts, compact footprints, foldable structures, or multi-functional use in mind. We recommend checking the exact dimensions on each product page before placing your order.

Do your sofas require assembly?

Many of our sofas are designed for easy setup or no assembly. Some items arrive vacuum packed or compressed for shipping efficiency and only need time to expand after unpacking.

Why does my sofa look compressed when it arrives?

Some products are shipped in compressed or vacuum-packed packaging to reduce shipping space and improve delivery efficiency. This is normal.

After unpacking, most items need about 48 to 72 hours to expand, and some may take a little longer depending on the product and room conditions.

Will the product color look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and natural material differences.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier availability, and other shipping conditions.

Will my order arrive in more than one package?

Yes. Some furniture items may ship in multiple packages, and those packages may arrive on different days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and returned with original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Do I need to contact you before returning an item?

Yes. Please contact us first before sending back any item. Return instructions and return addresses may vary depending on the product.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a verified defect, we will work with you on an appropriate solution. If the return is for personal reasons and the item is not defective, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
