Shipping Area

Rucener currently ships to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States unless otherwise stated on our website.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days depending on the product, destination, carrier availability, and delivery conditions.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Large furniture items may require additional transit time.
  • Some products may arrive in multiple packages, and packages may be delivered on different dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Compressed or Vacuum-Packed Products

Some furniture products may be shipped in compressed or vacuum-packed packaging to reduce shipping space and improve delivery efficiency.

After unpacking, please allow the product time to expand and recover its full shape. Depending on the item, this may take approximately 48 to 72 hours, and in some cases slightly longer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct at checkout.

Rucener is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@rucener.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and work with you on a suitable solution.
